The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead our team in Eugene. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates, and train staff, while maintaining exceptional Guest service and store presentation.
You will share responsibility for training and motivating Teammates and may act as Store Manager in their absence. This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with additional duties.
