Are you already running restoration jobs and ready to step into a larger leadership role? Service Master Restore is looking for a Production Manager to lead our Water Mitigation, Fire Restoration, and Contents Cleaning operations.
When disaster strikes — a burst pipe, a house fire, unexpected mold — families and businesses in our community need someone they can trust. Service Master Restore has been that trusted name for years, and we're looking for an experienced restoration leader to help our production teams deliver exceptional service and guide projects from start to finish.
If you’re currently a Senior Technician, Crew Chief, or Production Manager ready to grow your leadership impact, we want to talk.
Package- $5,000 monthly base salary
- Monthly performance bonus
- Top performers can earn an additional $10,000–$20,000 in addition to their base salary

- Lead daily operations for water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaning
- Manage technicians and crew chiefs
- Schedule crews and oversee job production
- Ensure work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations
- Monitor job documentation, equipment usage, and timelines
- Maintain strong communication with customers and insurance partners
- Develop and mentor production staff
- Someone who already understands restoration operations and enjoys leading teams
- Restoration industry experience
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving ability
- Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
- Preferred
Certifications:
IICRC – WTR, ASD, AMRT, FRST
- A Crew Chief ready to step into leadership
- A Production Manager looking for a strong team and systems
- A Senior Technician who already runs jobs and leads crews

Candidates must hold a valid Oregon driver's license with a clean 3‑year driving record and be able to pass a background check.
Compensation: $5,000.00 – $6,000.00 per month.
