Essential Duties

  • Provides supervision, coaching, and support to frontline staff delivering housing and supportive services.
  • Ensures compliance with program requirements, documentation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Supports quality service delivery, participant outcomes, and ongoing program development.
Job Functions
  • Supervise and support case managers, billing specialists, and other program staff.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Monitor staff workloads, service delivery, and participant outcomes.
  • Ensure staff documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with program and funding requirements.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to support quality assurance processes and billing readiness.
  • Support compliance with Medicaid, HRSN, and other program requirements as applicable.
  • Develop and implement workflows, procedures, and operational practices that support efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support data collection, reporting, audits, and monitoring activities.
  • Serve as a liaison with Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs), healthcare partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with implementation of services, and program expansion initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic planning and organizational initiatives.
  • Apply trauma-informed care, housing-first principles, cultural humility, and participant-centered practices in all aspects of program operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, housing, or human services setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supervising staff, coordinating services, or leading program operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing program needs.
  • Commitment to trauma-informed care, housing-first principles, and equitable service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two (2) or more years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Experience with Medicaid-funded programs, HRSN services, healthcare billing, supportive housing, or care coordination.
  • Experience working with Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs), healthcare systems, or community-based social service programs.
  • Knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, reporting, and audit processes.
