Operate and clean mixers and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently;
Monitor dough quality, texture, consistency, temperature;
Sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment, and maintain food safety and cGMP standards;
Record production batch details, ingredient lot numbers, yields, waste;
Store ingredients properly with accurate labeling and rotation.
