Post Holdings - - Responsibilities:
Maintain daily reports, logs, and records according to standard operating procedures, processes, and company expectations;
Disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling of equipment;
Perform HACCP responsibilities including environmental swabbing and testing (ATP, Salmonella, Listeria);
Follow all safety procedures and policies and report unsafe or unsanitary conditions to supervisor on duty;
Ensure all interior and exterior food production surfaces are cleaned per daily responsibilities and Master Sanitation Schedule
