Position: Manufacturing Assembler - Steady Hours + Benefits

King Retail Solutions
, a leading designer and manufacturer of retail design, decor, and cabinetry/casework/millwork is looking for an Assembler to assemble components from our build, metal, and print departments and prepare the finished product for shipping.

Position Summary

Responsible for assembling products within specified timelines and in accordance with established standards. The Assembler works Monday‑Friday 7:30am‑4pm with occasional additional hours as needed, including Saturday. This position is located at our manufacturing facility in Eugene, Oregon.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assembles assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines.
  • Performs spot checks of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
  • Follows established company policies and procedures, while paying special attention to safety regulations.
  • Keeps tools, materials, and workspace neat and organized to ensure efficient space utilization.

  • Be able to read and understand details.
  • Adaptable and ready for pace changes.
  • Self‑starting/Highly motivated.
  • Good hand‑eye coordination.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Work well with others and independently.
  • Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Great attendance is a must; reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Flexibility: overtime and split shifts may be required depending on workload.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout a shift as needed.
  • One or more years of work‑related experience.
