Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 12:00 am - 8:30 am (Graveyard Shift)

As a Machine Operator, you'll support daily production processes while working with a dedicated team to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop technical skills and advance within the manufacturing industry.

What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring plastic manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and output.
• Setting up equipment at the beginning of shifts, adjusting settings as needed, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately.
• Reviewing job orders to verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications for accurate production.
• Ensuring labels match job requirements and products are correctly transferred through the warehouse.
• Assembling boxes and safely stacking products on pallets for shipping or storage.
• Completing Production Verification sheets at shift start and end, submitting them to your supervisor.
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and efficient to support safety and productivity.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, or prior manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn new equipment functions quickly.
• Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Safety training or familiarity with safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand comfortably for extended periods.
