, where you’ll work with CNC and manual machining equipment to produce high-quality steel components used in large-scale industrial equipment.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with machining experience who enjoy hands‑on work, technical problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do- Setting up and operating CNC and/or manual machining equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and machining specifications
- Performing drilling, tapping, boring, milling, and precision machining operations
- Measuring finished components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and inspection tools
- Monitoring machine operation and making adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances
- Selecting tooling, materials, machine settings, and operation sequences
- Removing burrs, sharp edges, rust, and scale from machined parts
- Performing basic machine maintenance and tool changes as needed
- Moving materials and finished components using material handling equipment
- Maintaining accurate production records and following all safety procedures
- Previous experience with CNC and/or manual machining preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong math and measurement skills with attention to detail
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
- Ability to safely work with steel materials and machining equipment
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Technical training or machining coursework is a plus
