Salary Range: $19.25 To $19.25 Hourly

Job Class: (MA) Manufacturing Associate
Summary:
Assembly and test of Air-Weigh products
Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday thru Friday. Overtime as required.
Core Competencies &Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand prints and work instructions
- Ability to accurately follow part numbers and count inventory correctly
- Detail oriented, high attention to detail and quality
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Desire to work with hands and assemble product
- Ability to utilize hand tools such as screwdrivers, solder iron and wire stripper
- Good hand dexterity
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to cross train, job rotate and train other associates
- Able to positively contribute to a team work environment
- Basic computer skills
- Identify quality issues, stop action and involve management when necessary
- Experience soldering wires or circuit boards
- Shipping, Receiving, inventory control
- Experience in an ISO
9001 environment - Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability with MS Excel, Word and Outlook and computer databases
- Level 1:
Satisfactory job knowledge, understands and performs most phases of job well, occasionally requires assistance or guidance. - Level 2:
Very knowledgeable, seldom requires assistance and instruction, able to self assign work and offer guidance to others. - Level 3:
Expert in all jobs in the department, able to troubleshoot, take initiative and problem solve independently. - Area Lead:
Must be at level 2 or higher, have the ability schedule tasks, assign work to others, give instruction and problem solve. Write, edit Work Instructions.
