Mill Worker — Day & Swing Shift (Immediate Openings) — Urgently hiring in Eugene!

Job Title:

Mill Worker (Day & Swing Shift) Pay: $23.53 - $24.53 per hour

Hours:

Monday - Friday 5:00AM - 1:30PM and 4:30PM - 1:00AM

As a Mill Worker, you'll keep the production line moving by supporting key wood-processing tasks. You'll work closely with supervisors and your team to deliver results that make a difference in safety, quality, and efficiency. What You'll Do As a mill worker, you will be responsible for:
Working in the glue-lam department and applying adhesives to lumber according to production specifications Laying up lumber in the correct pattern before it's pressed into beams Loading and unloading presses where glued lumber is bonded together Inspecting finished products for defects, dimensions, and quality Moving materials around the plant and operating wood processing machines as assigned (including cutting, gluing, shaping, or finishing) What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Proven attendance, reliability, flexibility, and coachability Physical strength and stamina to bend, kneel, push, pull, and work full shifts Manufacturing/production experience preferred (wood manufacturing experience is a plus) Commitment to safety and adherence to safety policies Why Join Us in (city name)? This position is on-site in Eugene and offers Monday through Friday day and swing shift openings with overtime as needed.
