About this position:
Job Type: Full Time, Onsite
Schedule:
- Graveyard Shift, 11:30PM - 8:00AM, Monday
- Friday - Swing Shift, 3:30PM - 12:00AM, Monday
- Friday
Starting Wage: $20.40 - $30.65, depending on experience Farwest Steel's Operations Department seeks a knowledgeable and dependable individual to join their team as Equipment Operator 3. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating machinery to ensure high-quality part production while meeting customer expectations. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and performing maintenance to maximize uptime.

Qualifications:
- One (1) year of Press Brake Experience
- High school Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret production orders and technical documents.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
