Job Title:
Electronics Repair Technician Pay: $16.50/hour
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 6:30AM – 3:30PM (Must be available for occasional Saturdays as needed)

ASAP Looking for a hands-on, entry-level manufacturing role offering practical technical experience? Join a local manufacturing team in Eugene producing electronic scanning equipment as an Electronics Repair Technician. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in electronics diagnostics, repairs, and product handling within a structured, team-focused environment. As an Electronics Repair Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
Work closely with experienced team members to diagnose and repair electronic components, process returned products, and support day-to-day operations. What You'll Do As an Electronics Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:
Diagnosing basic electronic and mechanical issues using established procedures and troubleshooting techniques Performing simple component-level repairs on circuit boards as needed to restore functionality Processing returned products through the RMA (Return Material Authorization) system, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking Unboxing, receiving, and organizing incoming equipment efficiently Matching paperwork to units and prioritizing repairs based on company protocols Entering and maintaining accurate data within the company's ERP system Communicating issues and updates via email and internal tracking systems effectively Assisting with inventory management, product flow, and shipping/receiving tasks Supporting other departments through cross-training and team collaboration Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to promote efficiency What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Interest in electronics, repair, or technical work (entry-level friendly) Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes Basic computer skills and comfort working with systems and databases Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks Ability to stand throughout the shift Reliable attendance and a professional work ethic Why Join Us in Eugene?
