Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Welder Fabricator, you’ll be a vital part of our manufacturing team, responsible for assembling and welding high-quality industrial components. You’ll collaborate with experienced team members to uphold safety standards while honing your craft and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Fitting and welding parts accurately by hand
• Operating welding machines to produce clean, consistent weld beads between metal seams
• Running plasma cutters and torches for precise fabrication
• Grinding and cleaning welds using hand files and angle grinders
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean workspace at all times

• A recent degree or certificate from a welding school graduate program or equivalent hands‑on welding experience with a company
• Familiarity with setting up and operating welding equipment, torches, and grinders
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team‑oriented attitude
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of personal protective equipment
