We are searching for a candidate who is a team player with a can‑do attitude who enjoys a challenge. This is a full‑time opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer.

Northwest Hardwoods provides competitive wages starting at $22.53 (plus $1 shift differential). Shift schedule is M‑Th 1:30pm – 12:00am, with scheduled OT. • Work safely – know, understand, and follow NWH safety rules
• Ability to safely perform Lockout Tagout within the first 90 days
• Must be self‑directed and able to follow a list of tasks to completion with minimal supervision
• Utilize hand tools and wheelbarrows to clean up sawmill debris
• Maintain a clean working environment on the production floor
• Make fast decisions utilizing hand‑eye coordination
• Cross‑train in other positions; teamwork is essential

• Safety conscious with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Excellent attendance
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work at a fast pace and be detail‑oriented
• Pre‑employment drug and background check required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Will always wear required personal protective equipment
