Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (OT as needed)

You'll work closely with the production team to ensure efficient operations and maintain the cosmetic integrity of our products.

What You'll Do As a Powder Coater and Riveting Technician, you will be responsible for:
Racking and unracking metal parts and loading them onto conveyors in the powder coating department Operating riveting machines to assemble parts securely Handling highly cosmetic components carefully to preserve their appearance Ensuring safety and cleanliness in the work area Assisting with other production tasks as needed to meet deadlines What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment Self-motivation and a proactive attitude Good basic math skills for measurements and calculations Why Join Us in Eugene?
