Down To Earth is seeking a Fertilizer Production Team Member to operate bulk materials handling and packaging equipment in a team environment. The role focuses on building inventory of finished products while adhering to safety protocols.
Typical schedule is Monday‑Friday starting at 5:00 AM for an 8‑hour day with unpaid lunch and paid breaks; overtime on busy periods is possible. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and complete safety training.
