You'll collaborate closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional results, contributing directly to the company's success.

What You'll Do As a Metal Fabrication Grinder, you will be responsible for:

• Grinding and smoothing metal parts to meet detailed specifications using various grinding tools.
• Utilizing a DA sander to achieve a polished, refined finish on metal surfaces.
• Grinding off welds and excess material to prepare parts for further processing.
• Tapping and deburring edges to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain efficiency and safety on the shop floor.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior experience working with power and hand tools in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
• Knowledge of metal grinding techniques and safety practices.
• A keen attention to detail to ensure parts meet strict specifications.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and problem-solving.
