Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (OT as needed until 4:00 PM)

As an Entry Level Assembly Technician, you'll be essential in turning raw steel parts into finished, top-quality products. You'll work closely with the production team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do As an Entry Level Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:
Operating power and hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and rivet guns to assemble various metal components. Assembling metal boxes, latches, and frames for slot machines and arcade equipment. Working on small parts with precision to ensure proper fit and functionality. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and quality standards. Assisting with quality inspections and troubleshooting during assembly to ensure product excellence.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Prior experience using power and hand tools in a manufacturing or fabrication setting. Knowledge of metal finishing, deburring, and assembly processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Reliable work ethic, dependable attendance, and punctuality.

This position is on-site in Eugene, OR. It offers Monday through Friday shifts from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with optional overtime until 4:00 PM.
