We have several openings across our Eugene mill and are looking for dependable, hardworking people who want to learn, contribute, and be part of a team.

You don’t need to come in knowing everything about hardwood plywood manufacturing. We can teach you the job and help you build your skills. Can work a 40-hour schedule, with overtime as needed

Are bilingual in English and Spanish — a big plus!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Observe and follow all safety rules and regulations at all times

Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when required

Learn and perform a variety of positions across the production process

Read and interpret putty color charts, material grades, production lists, and load tickets

Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area (housekeeping)
Support and participate in 5S and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives

Work collaboratively to achieve Safety, Production, and Quality goals

Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor Utilize basic computer skills as needed for job functions
