What You'll Do
  • As the Production Supervisor, you'll oversee daily production operations and lead a team to safely produce high-quality products while meeting production schedules and customer expectations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives.
  • Plan and assign daily work to ensure production schedules and customer commitments are met.
  • Foster a positive, accountable team culture while providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, annual reviews, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Monitor production performance metrics and communicate results to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO quality standards, NFPA requirements, and all workplace safety practices.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training to build a skilled, high-performing workforce.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Operations to support production priorities, employee development, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment, including coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Review and approve employee timecards each payroll period.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of manufacturing experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of front-line supervisory experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using MRP/ERP systems
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
  • Visual acuity to read work instructions, operate equipment, and inspect finished products
