As you gain experience, there are opportunities to learn different areas of the mill, build new skills, and grow into other positions.

We want States to be a place where people can do good work and build something long-term.
That means supporting new employees while they learn, having leaders who are present and engaged, treating people with respect, and continuing to improve how we work. We expect people to work hard, hold themselves accountable, and look for ways to contribute beyond just doing the minimum.
If you're someone who comes to work with a good attitude, takes pride in what you do, and wants to be part of a team where your contribution matters, we'd like to hear from you.
