Job Summary

The Manufacturing Operator I will support the final packaging of various products used in the biotechnology industry. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions precisely while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production equipment and make necessary adjustments to maintain smooth operations and quality.

- Assist with filling, labeling, and packaging products.

- Accurately complete production documentation, including product and label reconciliation, labor sheets, fill checks, and torque checks.

- Follow manufacturing paperwork and work instructions precisely without deviation.

- Safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials in accordance with established procedures.

- Follow all company safety regulations and procedures.

- Adhere to ISO 13485 guidelines and company SOPs.

- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, glassware, and machinery as required.

- Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to complete production tasks.

- Maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

- Work overtime when required.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.

- Previous production or laboratory experience is preferred but not required.

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Basic computer and mathematical skills.

- Ability to safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to regularly stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, talk, hear, and smell.

- Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

- Ability to sit for extended periods when required.

- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

- Ability to perform work requiring close, distance, and color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

- Ability to work in a moderate-noise environment.

** Pay Details:**  $18.00 per hour
