Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement a talent acquisition marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
- Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategies, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, and measuring results.
- Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community.
- Coordinate and advertise recruitment events.
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, such as virtual and on‑site career fairs or on‑campus recruiting events.
- Generate monthly updates for the organization’s leadership on upcoming talent acquisition marketing initiatives.
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition marketing metrics.
- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.
- Research marketing and advertising trends in the recruiting industry.
The trainee will assist Maximus recruitment marketing teams in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns. The trainee will support employer branding initiatives, recruitment event promotion, graphics creation, social media management, landing page audits, copy‑writing, digital ads management, and reporting.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree.
Orientation & Fundamentals – Understand Maximus, recruitment marketing basics, and core concepts.
Campaign Planning & Execution – Support planning and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns.
Content & Creative Collaboration – Assist in developing marketing content and campaign assets.
Digital Advertising Platforms – Gain hands‑on experience with digital and social advertising platforms.
Email Nurtures – Support creation and execution of nurture campaigns.
Recruitment Event Promotion – Support promotion of hiring events across channels.
Performance & Analytics – Learn tracking, reporting, and performance measurement.
Optimization & Testing – Assist in campaign optimization and A/B testing.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with recruiters and cross‑functional partners.
Career Website Support – Assist with landing pages and career site updates.
New Platforms & Tools – Explore and support new tools and platforms.
Compliance & Brand Consistency – Ensure alignment with brand and compliance standards.
Industry Research – Trends and competitive insights.
Continuous Improvement – Identify and propose improvements.
Wrap‑Up & Transition – Final review, documentation, and program evaluation.

Compensation and BenefitsMaximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, a candidate’s education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis, as well as internal pay alignment. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
