This opening is for current University of Oregon students only.
This is a paid, term-based contractor opportunity designed around a campus growth project at the University of Oregon. As Campus Growth Director, you'll help shape how Laureata shows up at UO through student-focused content, campus activations, student group outreach, and peer-to-peer growth.
The project is designed to be flexible around a student schedule, with term-based goals and support from Laureata. You'll have access to Laureata's campus growth playbook, example videos, content ideas, event ideas, and templates so you're not starting from scratch.
This isn't a typical ambassador role. You don't need to be an influencer or have a huge following. The best fit is someone who's organized, creative, reliable, connected to student life, and excited to help build something on campus.
What You'll Do- Help build Laureata's presence at UO
- Help create or coordinate campus-specific social content
- Create or coordinate approximately 2 campus-relevant content posts per week
- Plan and run student-facing activations such as tabling, study events, finals support, or student org collaborations
- Work with student groups, clubs, campus communities, and peer networks
- Bring in other students as Campus Growth Fellows where helpful to support content, outreach, events, or referrals
- Track what's working and use results to decide where to focus next
- Test creative ways to get UO students excited about Laureata
This could be a strong fit if you:
- are currently a student at the University of Oregon, ideally a sophomore or junior
- are involved in campus life, student groups, clubs, Greek life, residence life, athletics, student government, entrepreneurship, or other campus communities
- like building things, growing communities, or getting people excited about new products
- are comfortable creating or coordinating social content
- can organize lightweight events or campus activations
- are interested in startups, marketing, growth, sales, product, or student engagement
- are reliable and can follow through on a term-long project
Sophomores and juniors are especially encouraged to apply, but we're open to strong candidates in other years.
Bonus if you have experience with:
- running a club or student organization
- student government or campus involvement
- Canva, Cap Cut, Tik Tok, Instagram, or short‑form video
- sales, recruiting, outreach, partnerships, or community building
This is a chance to help build Laureata's presence at UO from the ground up.
During the term, you'll work on a real campus growth project: testing content ideas, running student-facing activations, working with campus communities, and figuring out what actually gets students to try Laureata.
This can be a strong fit for students who want practical experience in startup growth, marketing, content, events, outreach, or entrepreneurship.
You'll have access to:
- Laureata's campus growth playbook
- example videos and content ideas
- event and activation ideas
- reusable templates and talking points
- an approved school growth expense budget for eligible campus activations and experiments
This is a paid, term-based contractor opportunity.
Selected Campus Growth Directors receive a fixed term stipend for the campus growth project, access to an approved school growth expense budget for eligible campus activations and experiments, and eligibility for performance-based bonus compensation.
Selected applicants will receive the full stipend amount, bonus structure, growth budget details, contractor terms, and onboarding details before deciding whether the role is a good fit.
How to ApplyPlease apply through Laureata's careers page at
The application includes a few short-answer questions and an optional informal video introduction.
