Our Children’s Trust is seeking a Development Officer, Major & Institutional Giving to grow philanthropic support by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors and funders. Working with the Senior Director of Donor Development, you’ll manage a donor portfolio, develop engagement strategies, draft proposals, and coordinate grant reporting, while mentoring other staff as the team scales.
