Overview
Join a dedicated Level III NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Responsibilities- Lead neonatal resuscitations and care for term and preterm infants from day one.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists.
- Utilize advanced skills in procedures, ventilator management, and neonatal transport support.
- Participate in simulations, quality initiatives, and mentor new staff.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with 24/7 coverage, no formal call, and structured shifts.
Certification as NNP or PA, at least 2 years NICU experience, strong procedural skills, and a passion for family-centered care.
