Peace Health is seeking a full-time Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Gerontological Nurse Practitioner (GNP), or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with an interest in geriatric medicine to join our Senior Health & Wellness Center (SHWC) team at Barger Clinic
. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive care for older adults and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving quality of life for seniors.

About the Senior Health & Wellness Center
The SHWC is an outpatient geriatrics clinic providing primary and consultative care for adults aged 65 and older. Nurse practitioners serve as primary care providers and consultants to meet the needs of an expanding older adult population.
Our multidisciplinary team offers:
- Care management
- Counseling
- Diabetes education
- Foot care
- Geriatric specialty consultations
- Memory and cognitive evaluations
- Medication education and chronic disease management
Compensation & Benefits
- First Year Salary: $140,000

Requirements
- NP Board Certification (AGNP, ANP, GNP, or FNP) or PA Certification (NCCPA)
- Oregon NP or PA license (or ability to obtain during credentialing)
- Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required within 30 days of hire
