We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans for patients.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies.
- Document all patient care activities accurately.
- Deliver care according to accepted standards and collaborate with team members.
- Monitor and manage patient progress, referring to specialists as needed.
Qualifications include current state licensure, national certification, DEA license or eligibility, and BLS certification.
