Caregiver; Day Shift

Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate, caring, and responsible individuals who truly enjoy working with seniors. The caregiver will support residents in Merrill Gardens at Sheldon Park, helping them maintain their dignity and well‑being.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by state regulations and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
• Provide additional supportive care as needed, responding to residents’ evolving needs.

• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• No prior caregiving experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and other physical movements are required throughout the workday.
