• Oversee daily operations for Labor & Delivery, Mother Baby, Obstetrics, and Women’s Services areas, including a Level
  
  II Special Care Nursery.
• Mentor, evaluate, and support staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.
• Identify and improve workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient‑safety initiatives are met.
• Maintain staffing and operational efficiency while managing budgets and resource allocation.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams—physicians, clinicians, ancillary services, and administration—to enhance patient outcomes and service excellence.
• Lead strategic planning for the department, driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Report directly to the Director of Women’s Services, aligning operational plans with organizational goals.

• Prior nursing leadership experience preferred; experienced Charge Nurses are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical knowledge in obstetrics and women’s health, with a commitment to evidence‑based practice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff, budgets, and operational processes in a dynamic healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient‑focused mindset.
