We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to deliver high quality nursing care to residents and patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN provides quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and delivers care and services to enable patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The RN evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment, revises care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

Education,

Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the applicable state, maintained throughout employment
  • One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current

  • Diverse patient population including individuals with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post‑acute needs
