Reporting directly to the Emergency Department Nurse Manager, the Emergency Assistant Nurse Manager will assist with daily operations, staffing, scheduling and quality initiatives. The Supervisor of the Emergency Department will mentor staff, support performance improvement efforts, and help foster a collaborative team culture.
