Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma

Location: Portland, OR

Pay: $1,971 to $2,093 per week

Shift Information: Days – 3 days x 12 hours per week

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department and Trauma unit, supervising and directing assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines, and utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Assess patients and develop care plans that meet established standards and nursing process.
• Implement treatment plans and coordinate care delivery.
• Evaluate progress toward desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team to provide safe, healing, humane care.
• Provide education and health information to patients, families, and team members.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate duties appropriately and coordinate tasks within the healthcare team.
• Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice – Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Required
• Acute‑care facility experience – Preferred
• 1 reference within the last 12 months
• ER Skills Checklist, reference within a year (RTO upon submission)
