Location: Lebanon, OR

Pay: $66 to $69 per hour
Shift Information: Nights – 3 days x 12 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift Type: Nights, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM NOC; schedule includes every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour
Roles & Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality emergency nursing care to patients with conditions ranging from non‑critical to life‑threatening.
- Rapidly assess, triage, and stabilize patients while coordinating with the emergency team.
- Deliver trauma, cardiac, and pediatric emergency interventions according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, mental health staff, and ancillary departments for comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and follow‑up needs in a compassionate manner.
- Maintain required certifications and participate in departmental training and quality improvement activities.
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and respectful ED environment for patients and colleagues.
- Must hold a current, unencumbered Oregon RN license.
- Provide Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
- Hold ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications for LCH Emergency RN role.
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
- Strong background in emergency nursing or critical/acute care preferred.
- Willingness to work night shifts and provide emergent mental health care.
- Emergency triage and rapid patient assessment.
- Trauma care and critical/acute care interventions.
- Pediatric emergency and cardiac care skills.
- Management of emergent mental health presentations.
- Strong clinical documentation and EMR navigation.
- Clear communication and teamwork in high‑acuity settings.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
