If you're an RN who still loves caring for people but is ready to trade burnout for balance, this may be your fit. As a Wellness RN, you'll deliver IV therapy, IM injections, and other restorative services in a client‑centered, clinical setting.

On busy days, this role moves fast but is not chaotic. You'll be managing multiple clients simultaneously, supporting walk‑ins, and keeping clinic flow smooth — all while delivering a consistently excellent experience. The pace varies, and we want someone who thrives in a dynamic environment rather than expects a quiet one. The slow days are a genuine reward — but the ideal candidate brings the same professionalism and energy either way.

• Promote and consult with clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injection ingredients and our Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapies.
• Document client visits via EMR.
• Work with our Lead RN to ensure nursing coverage seven days a week.
• Administer IV drips, IM injections, and mild hyperbaric sessions with skill and confidence.
• Participate in occasional off‑site nursing events (voluntary)
• Educate and guide clients through their wellness experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and serene treatment environment.
• Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate care.
• Collaborate with a team that values positivity, balance, and growth.

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN License
• Two years experience as a nurse in an acute care setting
• Excellent IV skills and at least one year of administering injections
• BLS certified
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Strong multi‑tasking ability
• Flexibility to work weekends
• Willingness to help cover team PTO requests when available
• A positive attitude and genuine interest in wellness
