Job Summary

Our Regional Crisis Center is hiring for a full‑time Registered Nurse. BSN’s are encouraged to apply. As the RCC RN, you will provide a variety of pediatric nursing services to adolescents in a psychiatric residential treatment center, conduct in‑service training for staff on healthcare topics, manage medication, and provide direct care, supervision, and behavior interventions to clients on assigned shifts. You will operate within established guidelines, legal requirements, standing orders from an M.D., the position description, licensing standards, professional medical practice standards, and Looking Glass policy.

The annual salary range is $108,000–$128,000, depending on experience.

• Provide medication management

• Registered Nurse licensed in Oregon
• Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred;
  Associate’s acceptable
• Experience in an adolescent residential treatment setting or as a psychiatric nurse preferred
• Must pass crisis intervention training within first month of employment

• Salary: $108,000–$128,000 per year depending on experience
• 40 hours/week;
  overnight position
• Up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus

RCC, or the Regional Crisis Center, is a PRTS/subacute residential facility where youth are placed directly from the Department of Human Services. RCC provides residential living facilities, mental health treatment, family counseling, substance use disorder treatment, and academic instruction on‑site. Clients often display acute behaviors and have multiple mental or behavioral challenges. RCC uses verbal de‑escalation tactics as well as treatments such as seclusion rooms and full‑body restraints when necessary to ensure client safety.
