• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients, including data collection before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans and educate patients and families.
• Administering medications, supporting emergency responses, and ensuring proper laboratory procedures.
• Providing leadership and training to staff and overseeing safe treatment delivery.
• Documenting patient progress, modifying treatment plans, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid state licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification and nephrology nursing experience preferred, with at least 9 months of RN experience and 3 months in hemodialysis.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills, with physical ability for patient handling and frequent standing.
• Ability to perform in a healthcare environment with exposure to infectious materials and possible physical demands.

This role involves supervision of care staff, requires physical stamina, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
