Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in a long‑term care setting. You will monitor vital signs, administer medications, assist residents with daily living activities, and collaborate closely with RNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
Must hold an active Oregon LPN license, maintain CPR/BLS, and have experience in geriatric rehab or sub‑acute care.
