Age Right Care Management is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our facility-based team serving seniors in Oregon. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and social workers to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care in post-acute and long-term care settings. We welcome Family, Adult, or Geriatric NPs with current Oregon licensure (or ability to obtain).
New grads encouraged to apply. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8a–5p with no on-call requirements.
