We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a Provider for our interventional psychiatric program in Eugene, OR. This position focuses on clinical leadership, diagnostic evaluations, and oversight of advanced treatment modalities - Spravato® (esketamine), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and IV Ketamine therapy - for patients with treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and major mood disorders.
This role emphasizes patient assessment, treatment planning, REMS clinical supervision, and managing the clinic staff who deliver daily care.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-Treatment Assessment: Conduct comprehensive clinical and psychiatric evaluations to establish eligibility for Spravato®, TMS, and IV Ketamine.
- Supervision & Protocol Enforcement: Direct and supervise clinical staff (Nurses, MAs, TMS Techs) administering Spravato® sessions, TMS treatments, and IV Ketamine infusions.
- REMS Administration: Serve as the designated clinical provider overseeing Spravato® REMS compliance, monitoring patient safety protocols, and authorizing discharge.
- Complex IV Management: Step in to assist with or perform peripheral IV access primarily for hard-to-stick patients or complex infusion starts.

Risk Management:
Evaluate and manage acute clinical events during treatment (e.g., transient hypertension, severe dissociation, distress, or adverse reactions).
- Oversee initial TMS motor threshold mapping and treatment planning in collaboration with the Chief Medical Director.
- Review ongoing treatment logs, motor threshold adjustments, and patient progress markers.
- Coordinate with referring psychiatrists, primary care providers, and therapists to report patient progress and adjust care plans.
- Complete clinical documentation, write treatment orders, and manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently.
- Maintain quality control standards, clinic protocols, and emergency response readiness across all interventional modalities.
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP, FNP, AGACNP, or AGNP) license in the State of Oregon.
- Prescriptive Authority: Active DEA registration and NPI number.
- Certifications: Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.
- Experience &
Skills: - Minimum 1-2 years of NP experience in psychiatry, acute care, emergency, or interventional settings.
- Required: Hands-on experience with peripheral IV therapy/IV access, including in complex or hard-to-stick patients.
- Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, or clinical oversight capabilities.
- Strong diagnostic skills and comfort managing acute physical/psychiatric side effects.
