Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Associate
Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our Primary Care team at Northside Medical Clinic in Eugene, OR. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Position Details:
- Outpatient only Primary Care
- Four-day work week for full-time APC's;
Hybrid roles for eligible interested candidates - Partner with physicians in a shared-panel, team-based care model
- Predominantly adult and geriatric patient population
- Average 16-17 patients per day
- Protected administrative time built into the schedule

- Onsite pharmacist
- RN case manager
