Snap Care is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care at partner healthcare facilities in Eugene, OR. In this flexible, PRN role, you will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor patient status, and accurately document care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. You'll collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans, prioritize patient safety, and respond to changing clinical needs.

Using Snap Care's tech-enabled platform, you can select shifts that fit your schedule while contributing to impactful, mission-driven care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
  • Monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition promptly
  • Document all care and interventions accurately in medical records and EMR systems
  • Support implementation of individualized care plans and clinical best practices
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, effective care
  • Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families about care
  • Follow all state LPN/LVN scope-of-practice regulations and facility policies
  • Utilize Snap
  • Care's technology platform to manage and accept PRN shifts
