Role Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP, FNP, AGACNP, AGNP) to serve as the clinical provider for an interventional psychiatric program offering Spravato® (esketamine), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and IV Ketamine therapy. This role includes clinical leadership, patient evaluation, treatment oversight, and supervision of clinic staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric and medical evaluations to determine eligibility for Spravato®, TMS, and IV Ketamine.
  • Supervise Nurses, MAs, and TMS Technicians administering treatments.
  • Serve as the designated provider for Spravato® REMS compliance and patient safety monitoring.
  • Assist with or perform peripheral IV access, including complex or hard‑to‑stick cases.
  • Manage acute side effects such as hypertension, dissociation, or distress during treatment sessions.
  • Lead TMS motor threshold mapping, treatment planning, and progress review.
  • Coordinate care with referring psychiatrists, PCPs, and therapists.
  • Complete documentation, treatment orders, and maintain clinic quality and safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered NP license in Oregon (PMHNP, FNP, AGACNP, AGNP).
  • Active DEA and NPI.
  • Current BLS; ACLS preferred.
  • 1–2 years of NP experience in psychiatry, acute care, emergency, or interventional settings.
  • Required:

    Strong hands‑on IV access skills.
  • Supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
  • Preferred:
    Experience with Spravato® REMS or TMS (training provided).
