Location: South Hills Rehabilitation Center – Eugene, OR

Schedule: PRN (On-Call) | Shifts are not guaranteed

What We’re Looking For
  • Active Oregon LPN License:
    Must hold a current and valid LPN license in the state of Oregon.
  • Availability:
    Must be available to work at least 1–2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month.
  • Clinical

    Skills:

    Ability to assess resident needs, provide appropriate nursing care, and contribute to individualized care plans.
  • Leadership:
    Provide direction, guidance, and supervision to CNAs and other care team members
