• Current Oregon RN License

• Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills

• Experience or interest in providing individualized care in a long‑term care or rehabilitation setting

• Ability to effectively supervise and lead nursing staff

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

• Commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, resident‑centered care

• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing practice

• Most importantly, a genuine passion for helping others
