Property & Grounds Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated individual to maintain landscaping and perform routine property maintenance on a large residential acreage and company-owned properties. This position requires discretion and professionalism, as some work will be performed at private residences.

• Mowing, trimming, and fertilizing lawns
• Operating a small garden tractor for lawn maintenance
• Operating a farm tractor (50HP) for mowing larger fields
• Shrub and tree trimming
• Yard debris cleanup
• Irrigation system maintenance, movement and sprinkler repair
• General seasonal landscaping upkeep

• Basic carpentry using hand tools
• Building and maintaining small to mid-size structures
• Routine property repairs and upkeep

• Digging ditches and performing manual labor
• Spreading bark, gravel, and other materials
• Safely operating a chainsaw
• Working independently from written instructions
• Maintaining tools and equipment

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Experience operating tractors and outdoor power equipment preferred
• Knowledge of irrigation/sprinkler systems required
• Basic carpentry skills
• Physically capable of lifting, digging, and performing outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Must be trustworthy and able to work independently
• Drug-free workplace
