Northwest Youth Corps is seeking CWPC Crew Leaders to supervise crews of up to five youths (ages 19–26) across Oregon. Typical schedule is Mon–Fri with occasional variation for trainings. Leaders implement fuel-reduction work on private lands and help maintain crew morale, safety, and program delivery.
Responsibilities include mentorship, safety oversight, project coordination, and delivering the SEED education curriculum. Training begins Sept 8, 2026, with a service term through Dec 18, 2026.
