Quality Assurance Inspector - Day Shift

Quality Assurance Inspector - Day Shift $20.50/hr Who we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to be based out of Eugene location reporting to the Shift Lead. The QA Inspector will run various quality control checks on the product to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Perform quality control tests as required
• Execute and maintain all necessary paperwork and documentation
• Train all employees, including new hires, in the area of quality
• Ensure that all shifts perform quality test and procedures
• Review shift quality control inspection sheets for accuracy
• Ensure all weights for production are recorded accurately

• Minimum educational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent
• 1-2 Years' Experience in QA, ability to lead Troubleshooting Sessions with Production, Perform Customer Return Analysis and generate reports to support Quality Leads.
• Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferred

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• The employee will be required to stand and walk most of the time; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for a prolonged period.
