Pay Range: $25 - $29 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
This role involves partnering directly with manufacturing teams to provide essential quality engineering expertise. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving non-conformances, leading investigations, and implementing effective corrective actions. Additionally, this position requires the creation and management of quality documentation and participation in process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing non-conformances.
- Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and revise quality documentation for clarity and compliance.
- Manage document changes within electronic systems.
- Analyze and present quality performance data.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with quality management systems.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in quality documentation.
This role requires experience in a regulated scientific industry, with a strong understanding of quality principles and relevant standards like ISO 13485.
