Multifamily NW seeks a Leasing Community Intern (temporary, non-exempt) to deliver high-quality customer service to residents and drive occupancy through leasing activity. The role includes front desk duties, CWoL training, presenting the community, and completing lease paperwork.
Interns must be enrolled in a degree program with at least 6 credits, maintain a 2.5 GPA, live on-site as required, and be available evenings and weekends. Light lifting and a valid driver’s license are required.
